This policy applies to both Verdent Desktop and Verdent for VS Code.
When your available credits reach zero, new requests will stop until you add more available credits or your subscription refreshes.

What Happens

  • New requests fail until credits are available again.
  • Existing files and previous work remain intact.
  • Your account and subscription stay active unless the subscription itself is canceled or expires.

How To Continue

You can continue by:
  • Waiting for the next subscription credit refresh at the start of your next billing cycle
  • Purchasing a one-time top-up
  • Upgrading to a higher plan

Where To Check Your Balance

  • In Verdent Desktop, open User Menu → Dashboard
  • In Verdent for VS Code, open User Center
